The OCD Recovery Journal is designed to help you better understand and manage your OCD. Drawing on evidence-based techniques, such as CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention, and on the authors’ professional and lived experience, it provides helpful journaling prompts, creative activities, colouring pages and motivational quote pages to help you take control of your OCD.
This journal will support you in understanding and challenging your OCD and motivate you in your recovery journey. Created by CBT therapist Cara Lisette and peer support worker Phoebe Webb, it will help you to build your own toolkit of recovery resources and to take positive steps towards living a full and happy life.
