More recently they have published extensively in the fields of mental health, counselling, palliative care, and practical theology. JKP has a range of graphic novels across these subject areas, and books for children, on issues including bereavement, depression and anger. In 2016, JKP was awarded Independent Academic, Educational and Professional Publisher of the Year by the British Book Industry Awards.
