Richard C. Lange is a senior research specialist at the Arizona State Museum and since 1985 has worked as associate director of the Arizona State Museum's Homol'ovi Research Program. Todd Surovell is an assistant professor of anthropology at the University of Wyoming. His research interests are in behavioral ecology, hunter-gatherer studies, mathematical modeling, lithic technology, and Paleoindian archaeology.
