Established in Scotland in 2011, Handspring Publishing is recognized as a leading publisher in the field of manual therapies and movement. Handspring publishes highly illustrated books that support bodyworkers and manual therapists to further their understanding of the human body and its movement and to practically apply this knowledge to their practice.

Handspring Publishing was acquired by Jessica Kingsley Publishers in March 2022, and is now operating under the Singing Dragon imprint. Their books are distributed in Canada by UBC Press.
