Movement through the Edwardian era, the collection features nearly 500

arranged by author with copious notes on the condition and binding of
each copy. Nine appendices provide listings of selected periodicals,
series publications, anthologies, yearbooks, and topical works.

Essential reading for anyone interested in the highways and biways of literature in the period between 1870 and 1920.
Libraries with strong collections in this field will find this an interesting complement to the literary biographies and checklists of more major authors and book catalogues.
