Gail Saunders

Gail Saunders (1944–2023) was scholar-in-residence at The College of The Bahamas and director of the National Archives of The Bahamas. She also served as director-general of heritage for the Bahamas Archives. She is the author of several books, including Bahamian Society after Emancipation.
