Gabriel Arsenault is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the Université de Moncton. Dominic Duval is an Associate Professor of Communications at the Université du Québec à Montréal. Yannick Dufresne is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at Université Laval.
